Kalbarri

Yes we know most of you have seem the photo’s and heard the stories but I thought I really should put some pics up on the Blog.

It was a really great weekend and I must say we were really surprised with what a great time we had in in Kalbarri.

The Gorges are truly stunning and well worth the drive just to see them.

It was also quite an strange trip for native wildlife, on the drive up we saw a massive roo in the middle of the road, he was just huge and didn’t want move of the road and then on the way back to town from sight seeing around the gorges a mob of Emu’s ran across the road, the funniest thing was watching Leanne’s mad scramble for a camera to take some photos, by the time she found one they were gone.

Hello–We are back on the web

It’s been a while since we posted and we have had such a busy time, birthdays, weekends away – down South and up North as well as a new footy season.
We’ll be keeping the Blog up to date with what we are doing but in case you have missed out on a few things that have happened in our lives since our last update, here goes.
  • Some one turned 50 – me. Had a great night with all the family
  • Some one turned 22 – Sarah
  • The Dockers have occasionally looked like a real footy team, nothing ever changes but you just have to love them
  • Visited Busselton
  • Discovered Eagle Bay
  • Spent time in Bunbury
  • Had a great weekend in Kalbarri
  • Charlotte caught her first ever fish
  • Went to Wellington dam
  • Watched Charlotte’s netball team win and keep winning
  • Left Gnomes at Gnomesville
  • Wandered around the Pinnacles
  • Charlotte received a merit certificate
  • Leanne got a new car
Winter is now well and truly with us and summer seems a long distant memory, bring on the Dockers playing in the finals and a nice warm spring.
